News: Minted Prose Shoots Cake Video

Lights! Camera! Action! The Memory Book author Linda Fischer and chef Laura Rios recently did an on-camera interview talking about the cream cake recipe in Linda’s new book which is set at the turn of the twentieth century.

“In my travels back and forth to Europe, I came to know cream cakes were popular then and now,” Linda said. “I liked them so much I decided to include a recipe for one in the book.”
